I think everyone should watch them from the American Boat Center / Mastercraft Boats wakeboard rail jam booth on Neyland Dr.

One year when I worked at the Ruby Tuesday’s on Chapman Hwy, I watched it from the parking lot there. It wasn’t bad, you just miss out on the bridge stuff.

I’ve watched them from the river before but of course, that requires owning a boat or having a friend with a boat. I would suggest the latter of the two.
