It is a lifestyle that about how little you spend not how much you save. It is a lifestyle you should ease into.

Just start clipping all the coupons you see and watching your favorite stores ads. You’ll start seeing your savings and that will motivate you to plan your shopping trips even more. Before you realize it you will be that person in the checkout lane that everyone sort of rolls their eyes at because you hand the cashier twenty coupons to scan.
