In case you haven’t heard, Josh Flory has a new blog called The Bank Draft. Go cash in some pageviews.

It was no surprise when Memphis took on Tennessee that new television records would be set for ESPN; over 5.21 million viewers tuned in. Oddly enough this was good for Knoxify.
On January 14 we unveiled the hit single from the Sons of Bruce (SOB), The Bruce Is Loose. Roughly a month later, we told you about the SOB world tour. Our analytics have been going crazy ever since.
In February, our Bruce Pearl content accounted for over 14% of pages viewed on this blog. It’s now a fact, Bruce is a one hit wonder.

Now this is a great idea.

A couple of weeks have passed and the sidebar battle has finally ended, for now.
Outside of the main content area, the right side of this blog is comprised of 2 sidebars; one containing outside information and another with an internal content focus.
The third column or far right sidebar used to contain our post categories and a robust blogroll. No longer is that the case.
Blogs and categories go hand-in-hand only if they’re used for the benefit of the site and the readers. Most tend to think of categories as navigational beacons for visitors but in reality, they should be tools that empower a dynamic experience.
The iTunes model has hit publishing. Now, you can buy chapters of books for $2.99.

In the valley of orange that we live in, there is much emphasis on the time-honored tradition of football, basketball, and other popular sports.
In the midst of the orange blood that we all swim and live in, there is a large movement of young new sports that are emerging on a gigantic platform that most of us (even I) ever thought possible.
Wakeboarding in Knoxville is one of the fastest growing sports to emerge in recent years. This barely 17-year-old sport has begun to grow at rapid rates here locally. With much of the action sports that surround us today, there is also a culture that goes with it. Just as the pride of Tennessee Vols bleed orange to show faith, many of these wakeboarders do the same through their daily lifestyles.
