jAVERDE, Delicious Locally Brewed Coffee with a National Mission

javerde-coffee

If you haven’t yet tried jAVERDE coffee yet, I promise you you’re missing out!

Brewed locally in Powell, jAVERDE has a ton of flavors to satisfy any coffee lover’s taste-buds. With names like CocoJo, Mahalo Mocha, Shell Shock, Blarney Moo, Dreamsipple, Munky Chow, Johnny Zappleseed, Jav-O-Lantern, Strawdairy Surprise, and many more, you can be sure you’re not going to find this variety anywhere else! And for those of you who just like a normal cup-o-joe, jAVERDE has your more basic blends too!

What’s my personal favorite? Shell Shock of course! A “jittersweet” combo of a bold roast taste and turtle sweetness of pecans, chocolate and caramel, Shell Shock is one of the best flavored coffee blends I’ve ever tasted (no exaggeration)…and if you know me you know I love flavored coffee!

Aside from having the local appeal, jAVERDE also donates 5% of all sales to help plant trees, through a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. For each dollar raised, one tree is planted, and the company’s is well on its way to meeting its goal of 10,000 trees by 2010.

Want to try jAVERDE for yourself? Stop by the company’s kiosk in the West Town Mall (right next to Victoria’s Secret) to sample some flavors!

And if you can’t get to West Town, check out jAVERDE’s website to order online! Each 12 ounce bag is about $9 to $10.

  4. GREAT coffee and a great company. I personally know one of the owners but I’d still highly recommend this coffee even if I didn’t.

  5. They are the BEST and now have a location on Middlebrook between Lovell and Cedar Bluff. It is worth a try and then a try again!
