Who is the Martha Stewart of Knoxville? As in, who knows how to decorate their face off?

If she lived in Knoxville, I would have said my mother-in-law.
Tamela Wheeler, from Knoxville was on Martha Stewart! She makes traditional Japanese Temari balls, and is the most creative person I know!

I nominate Lindsay Beeson, she’s always baking stuff.
I second the Lindsay Beeson nomination. All in favor say “aye”!
@Suzy @Eric Moritz: I have sampled her cookies and I must confess, they are good.
Lindsay rocks. You can find her cookies and petite cakes at Old City Java, and the upcoming farmer’s market at Market Square on Saturdays.
She’ll also be selling baked goods on her Etsy page, and via her Web site, The Plum Baker.
Well isn’t this a high compliment? But I must humbly decline the title. When I start making the boxes and ribbons that I wrap my cookies in, I will happily accept “Knoxville’s Martha.” (Is it wrong to mention just now that I and my cookies will appear on the Farmers Market this summer, alongside Old City Java’s owner Meg and her coffee?)
In the meantime, there’s a young woman who interned with Metro Pulse who is on her way to qualifying. Emily Collins (http://craftylittlecupcake.blogspot.com/ … *and* she seems to be a big Martha fan herself.)
